As an aspiring educator, I have proven to be an advocate for high quality, equitable, and accessible educator preparation pathways to diversify the educator workforce, increase recruitment and retention, and respect for our public schools.
My goals include engaging and connecting passionate aspiring and current educators together to increase educator voice in policy decision-making, diversifying the educator population, and making a career in education accessible and respected.
Without high quality educators, who are supported and respected, our students do not receive the education they deserve.
